This project features a lean-to design with steel framed and profiled clad hangars. High hinged doors to each bay allow for efficient and practical aircraft access.

We were back on site today to see how progress is unfolding at one of our assisted living projects.

These existing buildings were heavily vandalised and run down, with lots of vegetation overgrown around them.

Now that progress is underway, it’s so exciting to see how these building are carefully being brought back to life and restored.

Once complete, this development will provide safe, welcoming spaces designed to provide comfort, independence and a sense of community.

We look forward to sharing further updates as the project continues to evolve!

These before and after shots of a compact loft conversion in Jesmond show how it has transformed previously unused roof space above the rear offshoot into valuable, functional accommodation for the clients.

The challenge of restricted headroom was carefully resolved through the introduction of a stylised roof profile, all achieved under permitted development rights.
