We are rather proud of this bungalow transformation that is now complete. Sited in a conservation area, our design changed the complete external appearance & internal layout, whilst upgrading the insulated fabric of the building. Check out how the property looks today against the original.

Planning Permission Granted in Bosham, West Sussex

We're delighted to have secured planning permission for a contemporary replacement dwelling in Bosham.

The new Mid-Century inspired home will replace an existing bungalow and features vaulted living spaces, extensive glazing, a pool pavilion and a range of sustainable technologies including an air source heat pump, solar PV and a green sedum roof.

Given the site's location adjoining the Bosham Conservation Area and within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, we're particularly pleased that the scheme was approved at the first submission.
