Property suffering with major damp and subsidence problems .
This was due to the gully not being connected to anything just flowing into the ground .
Installed new gully plus new pipework into manhole , backfilled and reinstated block paving .

Excavation carried out removed rods , installed new pipework backfilled reinstated.

Problems with the drains keep blocking up , major tree roots going straight through the manhole .
Installed new manhole , cut roots out of the drain , installed new reline to the boundary to cover cracks and tree root infestation.
Backfilled reinstated, one happy customer 😊
