Based in Grange-over-Sands, Miniheat have been providing plumbing and heating services in the South Lakes and North Lancashire area since 1968. We pride ourselves on our friendly and efficient service, as well as a very high standard of work.
The business comprises of a plumbing division and a heating division, at this time, we are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic plumber.
Our plumbers currently specialise in domestic repairs and caravan maintenance, however, experience with larger jobs such as bathroom refits would be advantageous. The successful applicant would be capable of domestic repairs and central heating installations.

Essential Requirements:
• Hold a full, clean UK manual driving licence
• Competent with all aspects of domestic plumbing – including
central heating installs
• Excellent customer service skills
• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Plumbing and Heating
• Over 21, due to insurance limitations
• Ability to work alone unsupervised, with the capability to
supervise others
• Good time management skills
• Punctual, reliable and professional

By working for a small family-run business, we are able to work with you and offer flexibility on hours and rate of pay for the right candidate. Our normal operating hours are Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm.
