🏠 Another Project Underway for a Returning Customer

The team started this rear extension re-roof on Monday for a returning customer. After we renewed her flat roof a couple of years ago, she contacted us again after experiencing issues with the rear extension roof.

The works include:

🔨 Stripping and removing the existing roof tiles
✅ Installing new fascia boards and guttering
✅ Renewing the leadwork to the roof valleys
✅ Installing a new breathable roofing membrane
✅ Fitting new counter battens and tile battens
✅ Installing Northstone Donard roof tiles
✅ Fitting a new dry-ridge system
✅ Installing new dry-verge systems

🏠 Third Re-Roof on the Same Street!

On Monday, our team started the third full re-roof we’ve completed on this street—a fantastic show of trust from local homeowners and a great recommendation for the quality of our work.

The project includes:

🔨 Removing the existing roof tiles, battens and old Celotex roof boards
✅ Installing new OSB roof decking
✅ Fitting a new breathable roofing membrane
✅ Installing new counter battens and tile battens

Another Fatra Single-Ply Flat Roof Completed ✅

Our team fully stripped the old flat roof back to the roof joists before installing a brand-new 18mm OSB roof deck, creating a strong and secure base for the new roofing system.

We then installed a high-quality Fatra single-ply membrane, complete with all the required trims and professionally welded detailing to provide a durable, watertight finish.

The roofline was completed with new white uPVC fascia boards, giving the property a clean and modern appearance.

Another busy week so far for the team at Connor Roofing!!!

A full re-roof in Hallglen and a client in Polmont getting new UPVC fascia's, soffits and gutters.

The summer is officially over and our apprentices are away back to collage, one starting his first year and one going into his second year.
