Excellent progress being made by the team on this full re-roof project in Grangemouth 🔨🏠

The old Rosemary clay tiles have now been completely stripped from the roof, allowing us to inspect and prepare the structure properly before installing the new roofing system.

As part of the upgrade, we’ve fitted:

Another full fascia and soffits completed last week out in California 🔨🏠

This property received a complete transformation with all old, worn materials removed and replaced with brand new maintenance-free products finished to a high standard throughout.

Works completed included:

✅ New white uPVC fascia and soffits fitted to all elevations
✅ New black deepflow guttering system installed for improved water flow
✅ New black downpipes fitted throughout
✅ New dry verge system installed to protect roof edges and give a clean modern finish
✅ Chimney safely removed and roof area fully made good
✅ Chimney area roughcasted
