If you love staying organised, enjoy talking to people and want a role where no two days are the same - this one's for you!

You'll be working alongside three fantastic Financial Advisers, helping to keep things running smoothly and making sure our clients always feel looked after. It's a role with real variety, real purpose and a real team behind you.

Day-to-day you'll be:

✔️ Handling client queries by phone, email and face-to-face
✔️ Preparing reports and review packs for client meetings
✔️ Processing new business and keeping records tip-top
✔️ Coordinating with providers to get things done efficiently
✔️ Managing diaries and booking appointments

We're looking for someone who is:

✔️ Super organised with great attention to detail
✔️ A brilliant communicator who builds trust easily
✔️ Eager to learn - experience in financial services is great, but not essential!
✔️ Looking to work a minimum of 24 hours per week

Yesterday, I received some really kind feedback from a client after spending time walking through everything with them and making sure they fully understood their options.

At the moment, there isn’t actually anything I can help them with — there’s no clear need for advice right now. But that’s exactly why this meant so much. It reminded me why I always take the time to explain things properly, answer every question, and make sure clients feel confident and informed — regardless of whether there’s any business to be done.

For me, it’s never about what I make from something. It’s about doing the right thing and making sure people feel clear, supported, and reassured about their financial situation.
