Jack has been Director of Dower Damp Proofing since 2021, bringing with him a solid foundation in the construction industry. With a background as a Project Manager working across both residential and commercial buildings, he has developed an in-depth understanding of how structures are built and how issues such as damp can arise over time. A stand out project for Jack has been the opportunity to work on a large commercial basement in Paddington, London.

Combining his practical experience with specialist knowledge, Jack takes a thorough approach to every survey; diagnosing the root causes of damp, condensation and structural concerns, ensuring that each solution is effective, long-lasting, and tailored to the property.

At the heart of his work is a strong focus on customer relationships. Jack prides himself on being approachable, transparent, and reliable, taking the time to clearly explain findings and recommendations so clients feel confident every step of the way.

Meet the team! Wendy – Client Liaison Officer ☀️

Wendy is the first friendly voice many of our customers speak to and plays a key role in creating the warm, authentic family feel that defines our business. Known for her amazing customer service, she ensures every client feels welcomed, valued and fully supported from the very first conversation.

Before joining the team, Wendy worked at Mars for 20 years, and served in the Royal Logistic Corps, where she developed excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm and dependable in fast-paced environments. She now brings those strengths to her role, ensuring communication runs smoothly and that every customer experience is positive and reassuring.

Outside of work, Wendy is also a professional baker, well known for her delicious cake creations. We’re lucky to have her!
