Happy New Year Grantham and the villages! 2025 was another good year, work wise, finishing with a huge patio and a not so huge shed base, as well as other little jobs to tidy things up ready for Christmas. It’s been a while since I’ve posted so I thought I’d let you see what’s been going on in the joyful world of a local handyman!!
I’ve had the pleasure of a young apprentice for a week, which was great as I could send him up ladders that I won’t go up 😄
There’s been plenty of fencing, new door fitting, built in wardrobes, gates, decking, power washing, shed refelting, en-suite bathroom re-fits ( thanks to JV home and garden services for one of the bathroom pass ons) and lots of other things to help out the beautiful people of G- town! 💙❤️
Elbow op on Monday so a few days off to annoy the wife!

Can’t believe it’s been 6 months since I last posted something! Where is this year going!? 🤯
I’ve been laying slabs, doing plenty of fencing, building gates for yards and horses 🐴, refreshing a bathroom and a total new refit of a bathroom too. Hanging doors a plenty as well as lots of other bits and bobs.
It’s been as busy as ever but things are slowing down a little as we approach my favourite time of year! 🎅🎅
I’ve still a few empty days from now until Christmas so don’t hesitate to contact me ❤️

So, it’s now meteorological summertime and it feels more like autumn! What’s going on?! 🤷🏻‍♂️
Things are really busy but the weather and health issues (again) are putting the brakes on a bit 😡
Bookings are now going into August so if you’re willing to wait, I WILL get you sorted! 💪
Over the last few weeks we’ve done some more pressure washing and making of a small patio area for a regular… Fitting of a new small kitchen Erecting 65 new posts around Gonerby church and laying porcelain tiles for a nice looking area to relax on, WHEN the sun finally makes an appearance!
After I’ve made my way through the mountain of meds I’ve been given, I’ll be back to business and making gardens gorgeous for summer ❤️❤️

It’s been a while since I’ve posted so I thought I’d let everyone know, I am still here!! It’s been a steady start to 2024 and here we are nearly half way through it 🤯🤯. Knee operation hasn’t happened 🤬🤬 small back operation has, and that’s why I’m posting today. Only another week to go and then I’m back out there 🙌🏻🙌🏻
I’ve got a kitchen refit, patios (x2), fencing, gates to make, raised beds and 65 fence posts to pull up and replace with plastic ones, as well as lots of little jobs to do. I’m booked up until the end of June but summer is nearly here so if you need some decking putting down, patio jetwashing or anything in between, give me a shout 👍🏻

So……. 2023 comes to an end for me, thanks to covid again…. 🤬🤬
It’s been a steady year with work (my own doing) as I’ve been waiting for an operation on my knee to happen since February! It’s still not happened and my frustration is beyond measuring!
For those who have had the pleasure of my company this year, I thank you. You’ve kept me in business for another 12 months and I’m extremely grateful. 🙌🏻🙌🏻
There’s a few jobs booked in for the start of 2024 and if any of you need things putting right, or any family or friends in need of stuff fixing or fitting, drop me a message and I’d be happy to help 😊

What a shocking summer!! Instead of beer and barbecues, it’s been brollies and big coats!
Still, no rest for the wicked..
We’ve been pressure washing driveways (4 in the same street)! Fencing, putting down new flooring, knocking down and rebuilding a rotten lean-to/outhouse, fixing the cafe walls at Wyndham Park, building gates, putting up shelves and laying some decking (big thanks to express timber for supplying the wood).
Holiday coming up and thanks to the great British weather, I can’t wait! ☀️☀️😎😎 ✈️✈️

It’s been a couple of months since I’ve posted so I thought I’d get a few pics out to show what’s been going on. Big jobs and small jobs, I’m happy to do either to help you good folk out! We’ve been re-felting sheds, power washing, fence painting, doing new bathrooms, new fencing, making gates, hanging doors, laminate flooring, fitting new taps and loads more…… If you need anything doing or after some advice, drop me a message. Hello world.
So….. the year is quickly coming to an end and 2023 is very much in sight!
It’s been an interesting year with covid still slowing things down and a wooden knee to deal with now! 😩
Work has been nice and steady and things are already looking good for next year..
There’s still a few little jobs to get done before I break up and get ready for 🎅 visiting 😀
A couple of bathrooms completed over the last few weeks, as well as a new gate, some laminate flooring laid with new skirting boards and a new sink and tap 😊
I’d like to thank everyone for their business over the last 12 months and I hope to see most, if not all, of you again in the new year.

Afternoon world!
End of another week and things are as busy as always… It’s getting more difficult to see everyone as quickly as I’d like, with this bloody knee problem 😡 and I appreciate that the good people of Grantham are willing to wait that bit longer before I can get to them ❤️❤️
I’m waiting on an MRI scan to see what’s going on and then hopefully get idea of the next plan of action to get fixed and back to full steam 🚂

Here’s a few pics of the last few weeks antics, including doors in wonky door frames, double doors in straight frames, skirting, decking, outside taps, raised bed rebuilding, a base for an air source heat pump and some garden clean ups!

After another few busy weeks, it’s nearly holiday time! 🛩🏖🍻
It couldn’t have come at a better time… I’ve torn the cartilage in my left knee and it’s left me unable to work and in a fair bit of pain 😡😞 I’ve had a week off already and thank goodness I’ll be on a plane this coming Friday! Fingers crossed 🤞🏻 another 2 weeks of doing nothing will get me mobile again, at least so I can do some kind of work when I return home…
