Braving the chill today ❄️ we had to come up with a solution to reinstate some lighting around this seating area, the original brick lights had failed and we was unable to replace them due to the previous installer burying the connections under the slabs, this was the perfect solution to prevent any risk of damage to the slabs lifting them to gain access to the connections. ready for those cold winter nights ❄️ sat round the fire pit 🔥

Been a bit quiet on here so far this year, mainly due to being so busy. One of our jobs completed today at Northampton for one of our regular customers, plenty of Warehouse lighting to accompany plenty of tyres. This one has kept us busy for a few weeks 💪

These pictures highlight the importance of having an EICR (Electrical installation condition report) carried out to maintain the integrity of your electrical installation. These issues were highlighted in 2 recent EICRs carried out for landlords, as you can see there is visible thermal damage from loose connections, if left these could have potentially caused a fire 🔥. Having made the landlord aware of the issue, we reattended the properties the next day to replace the fuse boards to prevent any further issues and bring the installation upto current regulations, and issue a satisfactory certificate ☑️

Some more work completed for another of our regular customers, Tanvic Tyre and Service Centre, new sign lighting at their Newark branch done several months ago, and more recently LED lighting upgrade at their Dewsbury branches.

A job we completed earlier on this year. Conversion of the old registry office in Newark into 15 apartments. Another project completed thanks to the continuing custom of LJ Builders Ltd.

Recently completed this refurbishment of the reception and office area of the Grantham branch of Tanvic Tyres, onto the workshop areas next.
