A kitchen was built in a new extension on the property leaving the old kitchen useful to be made into a utility room with storage.

Making the most of the space under stairs large heavy duty shelves were installed and finished off with 6 shaker doors. Giving it a nice neat finish to the room.

Out with the old in with the new!

The old door was catching in the frame and not opening properly. Making it difficult to get in and out every time it was used.

The new door is fitted with high security ultion locks and a large bar handle for easy access.

This garden was out of use most of the time it rained, the ground wasn’t level and caused a lot of ponding issues.

After leveling the soil and laying some foundations an aluminium substructure and pedestal system was able to be installed.

A classic style mocha colour composite was used as decking with a corner trim that followed around the edge of the deck. Finishing off with a small step detail at the back of the garden.

This is highly weather resistant and should be able to be enjoyed for many years to come.

Binders were used to strengthen the ceiling along with use of loft legs to raise the new floor to correct height. Meeting regs for the insulation.

I was asked to build something in the dead space of the alcoves to maximise the space of their room.

I built two floating shelves on each side with built in spotlights and two matching cupboards were made with shaker style doors to store everything they need in the front room.

Credit to the customer who painted it a lovely charcoal grey which really suits the room and the new brick effect tiles that were laid on the chimney breast.

Here a customer had an old metal door on a garage not fit for purpose anymore. It struggled to open and close securely and the window frame was completely rotten. An urgent replacement was needed.

A new upvc window and door was installed with a multipoint locking system to give extra security. This was sealed and trimmed all round to make it weathertight through the worst of our English weather.
