We have been appointed to create three new outbuildings within the curtilage of this fantastic grade II listed 17th century home. The three outbuildings include a two storey workshop with a bike store and carport, a 17th century style log store and Summer House over looking the Potager to the south and the vast vast valley to the north. Ark have been appointed to apply for listed building consent for the fantastic grade II listed converted 19th century Oast house in Canterbury. The sympathetically converted building is in desperate need of fenestration repair. This will be done using traditional carpentry methods whilst adding ‘Slimlite’ eco glazing to provide similar results as double glazing whilst the historic character is retained, potentially saving the owners thousands in heating.
