🏡 PROJECT UPDATE | SINGLE-STOREY SIDE EXTENSION – WEST MALLING, KENT 🔨
Great progress on one of our current projects in West Malling!
Our team has been busy constructing this single-storey side extension, with the blockwork and facing brickwork progressing nicely.
It's always satisfying to see a project really starting to take shape, and we're making excellent progress.
🏗️ Next stage: Cutting and pitching the new roof, which will be another big step towards getting the extension weathertight.
A great effort from the TES team so far! 👏

🏠 PROJECT PROGRESS | SINGLE-STOREY REAR EXTENSION
Great progress on this single-storey rear extension.
The extension shell is now weathertight, with the roof completed, rooflights installed and external doors and windows in place.
With the building protected from the elements, we're ready to move on to the next stage and start transforming the inside.
Plenty more to come on this one as the internal works get underway.

🏆 WE’RE LABC REGIONAL AWARD WINNERS! 🏆
We’re extremely proud to announce that TES Construction Ltd has been named a Regional Winner at the LABC Building Excellence Awards 2026.
Our project at Copperfield, Kent won:
⭐ Best Conversion or Alteration to an Existing Home – South East ⭐
The award recognises building excellence, outstanding construction and workmanship, and it’s fantastic to see the hard work that went into this project recognised by LABC.
A huge thank you to everyone involved in delivering the project, including PLG Consultants Ltd, Fletchers Solicitors and the Sevenoaks District Council Building Control Team, as well as all of our own team and subcontractors whose skill and hard work helped us achieve this.
And the journey isn’t over yet…
🥂 We’ve now been invited to the LABC National Building Excellence Awards at The Grosvenor Hotel in London this January!
We’re incredibly proud to be representing the South East at the national awards and looking forward to what should be a very special evening.
Well done to everyone involved – a great result for the whole team.
