⚡ Commercial three-phase power restored after meter change
We recently attended a local commercial premises after a meter replacement had left the business without power, as the existing three-phase distribution board had not been reconnected.
After checking the installation, we reconnected the three phases and neutral from the isolator to the existing distribution board and carried out the appropriate electrical safety checks before restoring power.
The business was back up and running the same day. ✅

💡 Bedroom & bathroom lighting upgrade completed in Sidcup

We recently upgraded the lighting in two rooms at a property in Sidcup.

The bedroom had six existing 12V downlights, which were converted to 230V and upgraded with JCC Fireguard fittings and warm-white Philips MASTER LED lamps.

In the bathroom, the existing fittings were removed and replaced with new JCC Fireguard IP65 downlights, with the positions altered to give a cleaner and more even lighting layout.

All completed work was electrically tested before being put back into service.

If you’re considering new downlights, a lighting upgrade or other electrical work, feel free to get in touch with Easy Spark Ltd.

🏠 This is exactly why an EICR is more than just paperwork.

Electrical faults and deterioration aren’t always obvious during everyday use.

During an EICR, the electrical installation is inspected and tested to identify defects, damage and potential safety issues — including problems inside the consumer unit that may otherwise go unnoticed.

This is an example of an issue discovered during an electrical inspection.

⚡ Zappi EV charger installation completed in Bromley

The existing consumer unit couldn’t suitably accommodate the new EV charging circuit, so we installed dedicated EV protection alongside it.

The supply cable was routed directly through the wall into the rear of the charger, creating a particularly clean finish with no visible cable running across the outside wall.

The new circuit and tethered myenergi Zappi were fully inspected, tested and commissioned upon completion.
