🌳 Large Lime Tree Removal – Hounslow

Recently the team was called to safely dismantle and remove this mature Lime tree in Hounslow after significant decay was found at the base.

Given its location within a busy residential estate, the tree was assessed as a safety risk if left. We obtained the necessary council approval prior to carefully dismantling it in sections, ensuring the surrounding lawn and adjacent areas were not damaged throughout the process.

A recent crown reduction completed by the team.

The objective was to increase natural light into the newly landscaped gardens on a new development, while retaining a healthy, well-balanced canopy and the tree's natural form. We're really pleased with the end result, and most importantly, another satisfied client.

Please note: The Conifer directly in front of the tree can make it look as though there's an aerial (a tall upright stem) left at the top. In reality, that upright section belongs to the Conifer in front of the crown—we don't usually leave aerials at the top of a finished reduction.

Large Beech Tree removal completed a couple of weeks ago 🌳

This was a highly technical dismantle due to the tight location between two garages and a hot tub, leaving very limited space to safely lower branches and timber.

The team used advanced rigging and lowering techniques alongside our mechanised winch system to carefully lower each section in a controlled manner, ensuring zero damage to the surrounding property.

Once we were down to the main stem, we had assistance from and his cherry picker to safely dismantle the remaining timber in smaller sections.

To finish the job, the client requested a small chair carved into the stump for her granddaughter — a great finishing touch to another successful project 👌

This beautiful Cedar represents the final tree of a large project completed this month in Hounslow. The objective was to remove a previously installed bracing system that had been positioned and installed incorrectly and was not providing any structural support.

Our team safely removed the obsolete hardware and installed a new Cobra bracing system at a significantly higher point within the crown. The revised installation provides optimal load distribution and enhanced support to the twin-stemmed union, mitigating the risk of structural failure.

This upgrade will help ensure the long-term health, safety, and longevity of this beautiful tree for many years to come.
