Great Easton Open Gardens Festival

Last weekend Buddy and I had very short drive over to the this was an extra stop at this years open gardens, it was Buddys first train journey and he loved it!
It winds along a half mile track that has been built by Rob and has had help from various family’s in the village getting involved in this amazingly sweet attraction, from having a bridge with there name on to the Neal Kelly tunnel!
You have beautiful views of the surrounding countryside, some beautiful planting and a play area for younger visitors.

We would love to see this garden back for our next open gardens! It’s really worth a visit! Look out for other events here in the future

We are ready to welcome you to Great Easton’s 2026 Open Gardens! Sunday 14 June 11-5!

Floral arrangements have been arriving at the church throughout the day!

The sound of mowers whirring across village, last minute finishing touches to gardens being made.

Deliveries from Dorringtons and Angela Reed - Furniture & Fine Things, a kind donation of cake 🎂 from Dorringtons and some beautiful garden for you to see in situ from Angela Reed!

The team at Hft Bradbury Workshops have been selecting plants for the plant stall to help you scratch that gardening itch!

I am wondering if National Grid have flagged us for high power usage with ovens on to provide our cafe with an array of baked goods!

Round off your visit with a trip on Great Easton’s miniature railway! Great Easton Railway are ready to fire up and leave the station with you on board! 🚂

There’s also a chance to stop relax and enjoy a glass of fizz!

The weather is looking good for the weekend, join us for Open Gardens Great Easton, supporting HFT who will be here on the day with a plant stall!

Also several gardens will have some lovely garden furniture and accessories on display from Angela Reed take a look at what these beautiful items look like in a garden environment and be inspired for some summer staycation moments

Enjoy a bite to eat at the pop up cafe or raise a glass at the Prosecco bar 🥂

And round the visit off with a ride on the Great Easton Miniature Railway 🚂
