System power flushed, cylinder removed from airing cupboard, boiler removed from garage and water tanks removed from loft.

Leaking boiler from last week replaced over the weekend, getting the tenants hot water and heating back up and running with a quick turn around 👏

This model of boiler is now my 'go to' budget boiler of choice with a 5 Year Manufacturers Warranty.

Will certainly be fitting more in the future 🔥 Exactly the same boiler internally as the Logic Max I install a lot of and considerably cheaper. Making it a very competitive boiler price wise and keeping costs down 💸⬇️💰

Didn't expect this to happen when trying to take the case off of a Boiler today during a breakdown visit. Unfortunately, this tenant had left the filling loop valve to the boiler open, causing the boiler to over pressurise and bursting a pipe within completely flooding the boiler 💦

An expensive mistake, new boiler is now required 🔧

The cause of 3 breakdowns this week, all caused by one thing- poor maintenence! One of these boilers was actually on the 'new build' site at Hopton.

Goes to show how important yearly servicing is on Boilers. If you're boilers in need of a service, get in touch and don't get caught out.

Well, fingers crossed 🤞 today was the last boiler installation of 2025. New customer phoned in with a boiler breakdown during the week. Unfortunately the repair bill wouldn't of been economical for a 20 year old + Vaillant combi.

Put a good shift in on a Sunday to get this home warm again 💪

Another full heating system in Belton last week. Just waiting on the gas meter to be installed then it can be fired up.

This bungalow was heated by 3 storage heaters and just an open fire.

Hot water cylinder removed, Combi installed with all radiators in each room. Will make such a difference to this customers home.

Even had a little visitor come and say hello 🦌
