On 16th February 2006, at just 22 years old, Paul Grimsley founded PNG Electrical with a simple vision:�

From taking on our very first apprentice to becoming a trusted electrical and renewables contractor across Norfolk & Suffolk, the journey has been built on loyalty, hard work and doing things properly.

And what a way to celebrate 20 years - last week we were proudly named East Coast College’s Apprenticeship Employer of the Year 🏆

💷 £34,320 – £45,000 + company vehicle, benefits & bonus

At PNG Electrical Ltd, experience matters. We’re looking for a time-served, skilled electrician who takes real pride in their craft and wants to be part of a business that values quality, trust and long-term careers.

You’ll be working across a diverse and rewarding portfolio including domestic, commercial and industrial installations, covering:
⚡ Electrical installations & maintenance
🌱 Renewables – Solar PV, battery storage & EV chargers
🔥 Fire & security systems

This is a hands-on role for someone confident on site, organised in their approach, and committed to delivering work to a high standard every time.

🔧 Full-time, permanent position
🚐 Company vehicle

What we’re looking for:
✅ Level 3 Electrical Installation qualification
✅ Proven, time-served experience (minimum 3+ years post-qualification)
