Why is it that almost everywhere we go in Norfolk, if there’s a drain in an artificial lawn… you can actually see the drain lid sitting right there? And a wooden edge? 🤦‍♂️

​That isn’t how it’s supposed to be done!
​When laid properly.

❌ No visible plastic lids or metal lids: A recessed tray is fitted with turf so that when the lid is on, it blends seamlessly with your grass while remaining 100% accessible.

❌ No wooden edges all around: Timber rots over time and isn't the correct way to retain a long-lasting lawn finish.

❌ No sand bases: Grass should never be laid on a loose sand base.

❌ No lingering pet smells: With the right sub-base and proper drainage, you shouldn't be smelling dog urine.

❌ No bumps or dips: The finish should be completely smooth and level.
