Not one you come across on a daily basis but shows the importance of regular servicing. At least this boiler was able to be repaired saving the cost of a new replacement boiler. As well as gas safety things like this can be rectified .

Interesting little job yesterday. Mixer tap in a kitchen just blew apart and flooded the kitchen and bathroom. Put in my cape and flew round lol replaced faulty mixer. All good in the end just gotta dry out.
