Here we have a New Roof installed in Gourock back in May.

This was two neighbours who were tired of the ongoing maintenance and repairs they had every year due to leaks and storm damage. They also had a chimney that was no longer in use and was another weak point, which they wanted removed.

We fully stripped the roof back to the rafters, removed the Chimney, re-board, felted, installed new marley major concrete tiles and roof vents to prevent condensation. We also replaced the old cast iron gutters to PVC.

Here we had a New Roof and the Installation of Solar PV with our sister company The Greener Roof Co in Paisley. Together we stripped this old weather roof, all the way back to the rafters, re-board, felt and tiled along with The Greener Roof Co installing an Integrated Solar PV system.

Here we have a new slate roof that was completed a few weeks ago in Greenock.

The roof had unfortunately over time developed nail sickness, meaning the nails were disintegrating, causing slates to slip and blow off in the wind, leading to eventual leaks. The customer decided to replace with new Spanish slate and a new velux.

Here is a Flat Roof we done a few weeks ago. A failed Fibre Glass Flat roof, that was letting and and destroyed the sheets underneath and was letting water into the clients kitchen. We completely stripped and replaced with new 18mm OSB and torch on felt.

This weekend, we upgraded a clients extension flat roof, that was letting in water, with a new mineral felt roof. Fully stripped and insulated.
