Before and After pictures of a Powerflush we have completed to end the hectic week!

Customer had a boiler recently fitted by a nationwide installer, however problems started occurring within the first year of installation due to poor water quality.

✅ Plate to Plate heat exchanger cleaned

✅ System flushed with FX2 central heating cleaner

✅ Cold water flush before and after the chemical flush

✅ Inhibitor protection added to the system

All radiators working far more efficiently and Hot water is back in working operation. In effect hopefully saving our customer plenty of 💰💰on their energy bills

Replacing all required seals and re-sealing the combustion chamber with high temperature silicone provided by the manufacture. Boiler fully commissioned to the manufacture specifications so it will give our customer the highest efficiency.

Commercial boiler diagnostics completed at local college.

Stripping all 8 sections of Remeha 310 eco pro boiler to find one of the aluminium heat exchangers has been corroded by the poor water quality.

All required materials are in the process of being ordered and have sent water samples to local company Eurofins to advice what work needs to take place in order to prevent this happening again.
