🏠 Another one ticked off! 🔨

Recently finished this 2-bedroom house, overboarding all the ceilings and getting everything plastered, including the bathroom. 💪🏻

Had a little help from my young apprentice (my son) on this one too 😂🔨 — paid him a bit of pocket money, so I’m not sure who actually got the better deal! 😂

Good to get him involved, teach him a few things and hopefully pass a few skills on for the future… although he’s got a long way to go before he’s taking over the business! 🤣

All finished up and ready for the next stage. Another job done and another customer happy. 👌🏻

Another conservatory completed! 👌

This project involved installing timber battens, fitting insulation, plasterboarding the entire ceiling, and finishing it with a smooth skim. I also plasterboarded and plastered the adjoining wall to give the whole space a clean, seamless finish.

It’s always satisfying seeing a job come together from start to finish, and I’m really pleased with how this one turned out.

The best part of the day though? The customer’s granddaughter proudly showed me her favourite DIY toy through the window and kept waving, saying it looked just like me! 😂 It’s little moments like that which make the job even more enjoyable.

Another happy returning customer! 👌

Today I repaired and re-plastered this ceiling after it had suffered water damage from a leak. Once it’s decorated, you’d never know there had ever been a problem.

The second photo is an archway I plastered a few years ago, and it still looks just as smooth and sharp today. It’s always great to see previous work standing the test of time and looking as good as the day it was finished.

Another step closer to transforming this extension!

This stage was all about adding some rustic timber panelling to the knee walls, giving the room plenty of character while keeping a clean, high-quality finish. With the angled ceilings and bespoke layout, taking the time to get every line and joint right makes all the difference.

It’s great to see the space really starting to come together, and I can’t wait to show the finished result once it’s all plastered, decorated and complete.
