A roof we have recently completed, unfortunately the previous owners decided to have the roof spray insulated, the current owners were having issues with leaks and decided to bite the bullet and have it all removed.

Once removed we gave this property the look it deserved finishing the roof off with a dark grey crest Planum tile, verge tiles to match with a dry fit valley and ridge system.

New lead box gutter, rear chimney stack removed and the other two chimneys repointed.

Lower roofs tiled with Russell bute3 and two small bay tops done in a 3 layer built up torch on system.

We’ve just completed a major restoration on a property where a previously felted and overlayed fibreglass box gutter had completely failed. Not only was it leaking — the trapped moisture had rotted out all the underlying timber, leaving the gutter structurally unsafe and beyond repair.

To put things right, we carried out a full strip‑out and rebuild, including:

- Removal of all rotten timbers and failed fibreglass
- Installation of brand‑new structural timber work
- Construction of a new stepped box gutter
- Full Code 5 lead lining for long‑term durability
- All associated tiling works to ensure a perfect, watertight finish

The result is a solid, traditional lead‑lined gutter system built to last and ready to stand the test of time — no shortcuts, no overlays, just proper roofing done properly.

Where roofing is done the right way.

We are currently working on a property with the dreaded spray foam insulation in Cleethorpes, soon to be completed with a full new tiled roofing system.

We have been very quiet on the socials as we have been very busy as standard and not had a chance to update our page ( photos and post to be added soon )
