KES Building Maintenance Ltd Commercial and Domestic. Our page is about what work we specialise in and the different sites we work on.

We try to keep up to date our page regular to show the before and after pictures on the works that we are carrying out on a regular basis. Our work consists of new WC refurbishments in schools, general building works i.e. new doors and frames, doors can be either FD fire doors, veneered doors with vision panels if needed, kitchens, made to measure school lockers, IT/Computer benching with teacher

stations, office refurbishments etc. and bespoke furniture / windows / Kitchens / Media Wall / Wall paneling / Roofs and so on. We have our own workshop where we manufacture all our work before we install on site. If you have any queries for the works you would like to undertake then please don't hesitate to call or drop us a direct message - We deliver anything bespoke to any requirement, if we can offer. We have a team of Sub-contractors that work along side us when they are needed i.e. Plumbers, electricians, floor fitters, decorators, brick layers and plasterers. We are fully insured and up to date with all the relevant H&S and all our employees are asbestos trained etc. Contact details below:

Last summer, in the school holidays we carried out a full girls WC refurb at a local Academy. Using SGL (Solid Grade Laminate) for the cubicles along with wash-troughs, wood effect flooring, suspended ceiling, LED panels, coloured feature wall and the rest in white. Manufactured and installed a bespoke seating/planting unit for a local Primary School which can be used for a variety of plants, herbs, vegetables. This unit is made up of three units fitted together to create one, if space is tight can be separated and moved to various areas. A great way to get young children involved with plants etc.
