Full refurbishment window project we have been doing over the last few weeks.

Replacement double glazed sashe, new cills, new weights and pulleys.
We haven’t spliced any of the front pillars, all new planks.

Paint finish in Dulux Cream Tea weather shield. All fully draft proofed and finished inside.

Plus 2 little arched ones in the gable ends
along with 2 lower windows fully working and refurbished.

Painted the bay tops to finish everything off.
All in Accoya Wood.

Totally blown away by Milli and Bens achievements in the Special Olympics GB summer game’s Birmingham.
Over the last few days they have won some fantastic races.

Ben got 2 silvers, 100 breaststroke and 50 fly and a fantastic gold in the team relay.

Milli 2 golds, the first in the 100IM and then as the only female in a male team Relay
Silver in the 50 Breaststroke.
Both smashed PBs and with some more speed to come.
So proud of our children’s dedication and hard work.
Well done Team Leech. ✊

Another busy week installing windows and doors.
Residence R7 from the Residence Collection.
Concealed trickle vents along with timber look larger window sills all in Painswick woodgrain on white.
Lovely little cottage in Louth
To give the authentic Timber look.

Another local job for the next few weeks. Lovely box sash renovations.
While installing slime line high performance double glazed sashes.
New weights, new rollers and re roping and draft proofing.

Final phase of this project was to install some storage space, designed bespoke to fit into the space created to max out storage but also provide a seating area. Tall boy Hoover storage along with shelved out storage.

Custom made cushions to add and an array of Antique brass light fittings, switches etc.

We love the leather strap handle detail too. ❤️❤️

All in Farrow & Ball paint finish.
