This job followed a recently completed EICR for a local landlord. The inspection highlighted a number of issues that needed addressing to bring the installation up to the current rental safety

One of the main items was this consumer unit upgrade. As shown in the photos, the original unit had open holes in the top, meaning it didn’t meet the minimum IP4X rating. This allowed debris to enter the enclosure and build up in the bottom of the unit. The new unit is fully compliant, properly sealed, and now includes RCBO protection on the circuits along with SPD protection for improved safety and fault protection.

A solid improvement all round.

This kitchen refurbishment is now complete. We’ve included a few shots showing the job during the work and the finished result, from start to finish, on a project completed for a local builder.

We reconfigured and upgraded the LED lighting, installed new socket outlets, and ran power to new appliances to suit the new layout. The upgraded lighting really makes a difference and brings the whole space together.

Always good seeing a project through from start to finish.

We recently completed an LED lighting upgrade on a local tennis court and it’s made a huge difference. The new lights deliver brighter, clearer visibility for evening play while using far less power than the old setup.
