Bespoke from start to finish

Started in late summer last year, this bespoke garden building began with a returning client bringing us an idea and trusting us to use our knowledge, craftsmanship, and creative freedom to bring it to life.

What emerged is far more than a greenhouse. It’s a unique architectural outbuilding, even if we do say so ourselves.

Built entirely on site using cedar sourced from English Woodland Timber and Glazing supplied by Addison Glass

A standing seam roof, then matched with a bespoke aluminium door from Vega Design, and matching guttering from Guttercrest complete the design beautifully.

The result is a completely bespoke and original structure that sits perfectly within its surroundings.

We also incorporated practical storage spaces to either side, along with over 1,000 litres of rainwater harvesting capacity ready to support garden irrigation. Garden lighting, electrics snd irrigation overseen by S&S Electrics.

To complete the external area, we installed Indian sandstone paving to match the existing patio, alongside raised planters and metal arches. Tying the entire garden together, transforming the area into a true gardener’s paradise.

A huge thank you to our client for placing their trust in us once again. Projects like this are exactly why we love what we do.

Final part of the series at our Shalford project

From structural steels and lots of rain… to this completely transformed family space.

This project has given the house a huge amount of extra living space, tying the existing home seamlessly into the new extension.
Externally, the new tile hanging, rendered insulation system and completed patio have completely refreshed the rear of the property while keeping everything in proportion with the original house.

Inside, the finished kitchen sits at the heart of the space alongside Amtico flooring throughout and bespoke built-in storage to make every area work properly for modern family living.

One of those projects where the finished photos really show what a complete transformation.

After getting the superstructure and roof completed on this extension, we moved inside to completely open up the space.

1st fix completed by electricians and plumber.
Floors and ceilings were insulated before screeding and the underfloor heating was installed by
With plastering complete, the kitchen installation could begin, the space is really starting to come together.

Outside, rendering works are underway, including retrofitted insulation to the existing walls, with preparations now started for the new patio area.

A huge amount of work has gone into this stage of the project and the finish is starting to speak for itself

Shalford project

At this stage, the main structure was built and fully weathered in.

We had temporary works in place supporting the house on both sides while we prepared for the new steels — a big structural change to open everything up and bring the existing kitchen into the new extension, creating one large space.

Dummy pitched roof with a flat top keeps the roofline low, but still looking great from the rear.

We also insulated the existing first floor to improve thermal efficiency throughout.

We have recently finished this garage and utility renovation.

The project included alterations to the existing garage and utility space, with the flat roof raised to create better proportions and allow for full insulation throughout the new utility floor, walls, and roof.

Externally, the extension features aluminium fascia and soffit detailing with a hidden back gutter, creating a clean and modern finish that ties the whole elevation together.

We love the glass porch! It is a practical and stylish statement, it looks incredible.

Inside, the utility is full of light with simple, crisp lines and a minimalist aesthetic. The white cabinetry and worktops keep the space bright, practical, and easy to use day to day.

New rear extension and internal alterations in Shalford.

Another repeat client for us, which means a great deal to us.

The aim of this project is to remove the darker feel created by the existing oak beams and open up the rear of the property to create a brighter, more modern family space.

Works include structural alterations, installation of 6m sliding doors and new flat roof windows to maximise natural light.

We are working alongside once again, who will be supplying and fitting a bespoke kitchen.

Arriving in style. 🚗✨

We’ve had the pleasure of returning to one of our favourite projects in Guildford.
After renovating this home and transforming the rear garden a little while back, it felt great to be invited back again — this time to give the driveway the attention it deserved.

And honestly… what a difference!

To make the entrance more welcoming and practical for the family, we widened the driveway on both sides.

We rebuilt the piers and made the retaining walls deeper, also adding ding granite setts make this look impressive and for the practicality of retaining the shingle on the steep drive.

We have recently completed 2 garage conversions on the same road and both returning customers!

The first has been converted in to a utility and mud room. This has a large commercial sink and low level unit for washing muddy spaniels and lots of storage for boots, shoes and coats.

The second have been converted into a gym space with massive mirrors for form checking workouts.

Both have functionality and aesthetics combined.
