Meet Lewis, our Regional Business Manager. 👋

Lewis looks after Navien across his region, working closely with both merchants and installers to make sure they’ve got the right support, products, and backup when they need it.

With a background in business development within a merchant environment, Lewis brings real, hands-on industry experience from both sides of the trade. He’s spent years working with our products in the field, giving him a clear understanding of what installers need day to day.

A big part of his role is helping merchants understand the value we offer – not just on price, but on the quality and reliability installers can pass on to their customers.

For installers, Lewis is a key point of contact for ongoing support, whether that’s product guidance, warranties, or helping resolve issues when they come up.

Simple approach, strong relationships, and solid support – that’s how he works.

Simply head to https://navien.co.uk/warranty-look-up/of and enter the product’s serial number*. From there, you’ll be able to review your warranty, including start and end dates, coverage details, and product registration status.

Knowing your warranty details can help save time, avoid unnecessary costs, and give added peace of mind if you ever need support.

*The serial number can usually be found on the side or bottom of the unit.
