Here we are have a lovely porch conversion 🔥 after veiwing this job the customer was wanting a down stairs toilet after many had said it couldn’t be done !! Well take a look 👀

• old front door and window bricked up
• new front door and frost proof window supplied and fitted
• waste pipe installed
• vanity unit toilet and sink installed
• extractor fan and new light fitted
• pvc cladding and ceiling for easy cleaning
• Finished of with pvc skirting boards and a none slip flooring with a new door leading into the passage 🔥👏😎👀

Here we have a full deshale complete 🔥👌
•removal of all shale
•replaced with type one stone and compacted
•screed of soft sand
•bottom layer of damp proof membrane
• 100mm insulation board
•top sheet of damp proof membrane
And finishednof with a 100mm concrete slab bringing it all back level and ready for flooring 🔥🔥🔥👌👌

Here we have a wall made secure and also making a lovely opening to another room as you can see the previous builder decided not to put a steel in 😬 so in we came and the pictures tell there own story 🔥👌👀

Here we have some huge conifers that the customer just couldn’t handle no more ,, so in we came chiped the whole lot down and disposed of and replaced with a lovely 6 foot closed board fence finished of with capping 🔥🔥👌👌 now take a look at them veiws 👀 😎

Here we have a beautiful patio complete 🔥
All ground excavated and compacted ready for a lovely kandla grey Indian sandstone patio area to be layed, with a charcoal edging leading to the front door and recessed manholes 😎 acco channels set all around the front of the house meaning no more puddles 💦 finished of in a lovely eye catching premium coloured joints 🤩
