Success at the EAA Awards 2025!

Proud to share that the Pressmennan Boathouse — delivered with WT Architecture — picked up two awards at the Edinburgh Architectural Association Awards:

✨ Medium-Sized Project Award
✨ Wood Award

Huge congratulations to the WT Architecture design team, and a special shout-out to Gill Hayes for the fantastic photography of the project.

🎉 Exciting news!
Our Pressmennan Boathouse project, designed by WT Architecture, has been shortlisted for an Edinburgh Architectural Association (EAA) Award in the Medium-Sized Project category!

We’re incredibly proud to have been part of this stunning lakeside build—a true collaboration that showcases craftsmanship, creativity, and attention to detail in a remarkable setting.

Judging takes place later this month – fingers crossed! 🤞

A lovely surprise to finish the year! 🎄
Our Kilberry House project in East Lothian has been featured in the Christmas Edition of Homes & Interiors Scotland!

A huge thanks to Ben, Alison, Ellie and the wee dugs, and to Gareth Jones at Jones Robbins Tobin Architects, for being such a brilliant team to work with.

🏡 Full renovation, glass link extension, stable conversion, car garage and walled garden — a proper transformation!

However we do have real bacon, sausages etc available this coming Saturday for one day only
Our farm shop will be often for sales Saturday 6th 10-4pm

Quick visit to our Pressmennan Lake boathouse to fit this copper outdoor shower. Landscaping’s nearly there – and the sun was out too!

A big well done to Zoe, our apprentice joiner, on completing her first year of training! She’s made fantastic progress and is becoming a real asset to the team. Great to see the next generation coming through with such skill and enthusiasm. Keep up the good work, Zoe!
