Here in the video you see as the customer put it “loud and drum not spinning” this is due to the spider failing often caused by a build up of too much softener, detergent and used too often on short cold washes.

You cannot always see a blockage or clear it yourself. This pesky little sock was wedged right at the back and caused the washing machine to malfunction.

Did you know your tumble dryer can have more than one filter. Please keep an eye and ensure you are correctly cleaning and maintaining your appliance. This in the photo is a massive fire hazard ⚠️🚒🔥

Morning 🌅

It’s always important to be mindful of not only the products you are using in your appliances but the volume of product too.
Using too much product can cause blockages in places you can and cannot always see and get too. Also using the wrong product in the wrong compartments.

Have you noticed a burning smell whilst cooking ?
This is a burnt out induction hob. If something doesn’t smell right it’s always worth getting it checked out.

Did you know dishwashers need to be cleaned in order to maintain cleaning your dishes and glasses well.
Tumble dryers need to be cleared of fluff and filters cleaned in order to dry your clothes well.
Sometimes you may have a blockage further down the line and we can help with this but to try and prevent this remember it’s important to always rinse your dishes and clean your dishwashers often… after all you wouldn’t use a dirty sponge on your dishes 😜

Is your cooker not working quite right, it could be a burnt out terminal block as seen in one of the photos.

This is a replacement of a door, sometimes the machines themselves are working ok but doors can crack, locks can break and can get stuck.
Sometimes things seem like they can’t be repaired but in fact this isn’t the case.
