Due to continued growth within our Compliance Division, we are looking for a Fire Door Operative to join the Sprint team.

We work across Eastbourne and the wider East Sussex area, delivering fire door inspections, remedial works, and full replacements for block management companies and commercial clients.

🔧 The Role Includes:

• Fire door remedial works
• Fire door installations and replacements
• Upgrading existing doors to meet compliance standards
• Working in occupied residential and commercial buildings
• Completing works in line with current fire safety regulations

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in fire door works (preferred) or strong carpentry background
• Good understanding of compliance and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional, reliable, and hardworking
• Full UK driving licence
