New rubber EPDM flat roof recently completed in Hailsham 👌

The existing flat roof had reached the end of its life, so we stripped it back and installed a new EPDM rubber roofing system to provide a clean, durable and weatherproof finish.

EPDM is a great option for flat roofs, offering long-lasting protection with a neat, low-maintenance finish 🏠

Water ingress around this chimney stack recently sorted 👌

The existing leadwork was no longer doing its job properly, so we stripped the area back and installed a new front apron, side flashings and rear back gutter to protect the chimney and surrounding roof area.

All leadwork was welded into position for a strong, long-lasting finish, using Code 5 lead for added durability and weather protection 🏠

A proper detail makes all the difference when it comes to stopping water getting in and protecting the property long term.

Conservatory roof transformation recently completed in Amberstone 👌

The existing Tuff tiles had reached the end of their life due to years of wear and tear, so we stripped the roof back, installed new insulation and fitted new OSB boarding throughout to create a solid new structure.

The roof was then finished using new Tapco tiles — a highly durable recycled rubber slate system designed to give a long-lasting, lightweight and weatherproof finish 🏠

Big improvement both visually and structurally.

Another cladding transformation completed in Eastbourne 🔨

The existing timber cladding had become rotten and worn out over the years, so we stripped everything back, installed new structural timbers where needed and finished the area with brand new composite cladding.

The new system not only looks much smarter, but will also give the property a long-lasting, low-maintenance finish for years to come 👌

New three-layer felt flat roof completed 👌

The existing roof had reached the end of its life, with ongoing leaks despite previous repair attempts. Sometimes patching just isn’t enough, so we gave honest advice and carried out a full replacement to get it properly sorted.

Now installed with a new three-layer built-up felt system, giving the roof a fresh start and backed by a 10-year insurance-backed warranty.

We’ve completed our side of the works, and it’s now in a great position for the builder to carry out the repointing and leadwork to finish everything off properly.

Another satisfied customer, yesterday the team had the privilege of cleaning the fasica soffits and guttering on this beautiful property in Hailsham giving it a nice fresh clean look 🧼 ✨

New flat roof completed using a 3-layer built-up felt system in charcoal grey 👌

While carrying out the works, we also found the front brickwork had started to crumble and become loose, particularly around the header course. We removed the defective section and reinstated it with new brickwork to make sure everything is solid and finished properly.

Another job done right, leaving the roof watertight and the structure sound 👍
