Little extension in Hailsham.
Customer wanted a downstairs loo creating so down with the old rotten and cold extension.
New footings, drainage and stuffed full of insulation all to building regulations. Finished in James Hardi cladding with a new composite door to complete the outside.

Customer in Hailsham had a rising damp problem in a back bedroom. Suspected the cavity was full of rubble from a new win...

Customer in Hailsham had a rising damp problem in a back bedroom.
Suspected the cavity was full of rubble from a new window opening being formed at some stage so a inspection camera was used and indeed confirmed the cavity was full of rubble up past the damp course.
Bricks removed, cavity cleared and damp problem fixed.
