Another LG Multi split system consisting of one condenser feeding a 5kw wall mount located in the lounge and 2 x 2kw wall mounts feeding the front and back bedroom. Keeping everyone cool in this heat, but also heating the house more efficiently in the winter. On a personal note, was great to hear the customers reason as to why he went with us at I and F Installations, firstly his wife noticed we removed our shoes at the front door, manors cost nothing, also the man being a retired businessman himself said we asked all the right questions and went above and beyond to make sure the installation was exactly as he wanted it and after completing today his words.
“The install is much better than I envisioned it and I’m so happy how it looks”. Gave us a little drink on top for the hard work in the loft which we was very grateful for brought us all dinner. Happy Customers equal recommendations, to which this one we have had contact from next door to survey and quote for a similar install.

Little 2.5kw wall mount installed into a small break area for a client who has supported me from the start and continues to do so, we appreciate the loyalty and long may it continue, hope the staff enjoy there breaks in controlled temperature nowadays. Followed existing Pipework to where the condensers are located.

We finish off today at an ongoing project until the final few walls, ceilings have been installed so they can be painted and for us to return and mount all the controllers on the all finish off the final few supply grilles and commission. That’s 4 x VRV’s decommissioned, 28 fan coils relocated, re-piped, new supply duct installed and lagged, fresh air duct modified to the new locations. Condense drains re-routed and new controls wiring. Pressure tests passed and new refrigerant added ready for the return.
With the hot weather coming we are expecting things to get busy, quoting, breakdowns, feel free to contact and get added to the diary first.

Along with trying to keep on top
of maintenance contracts, breakdowns, surveys and the large ongoing project we have at the minute, here’s a few installs carried out, in domestic properties, bedrooms and landing units providing heating and cooling to keep you in comfort while you sleep. Feel free to message me for any quotes or information regarding installs etc.

So not many photos this week as such, but a great weeks work showing great progress on the project started a week ago. 8 full days on the project so far has seen us de-commission 4 VRV systems re-locate 24 of 27 fan coils, re-pipe to there new position, run new cables in, complete all the condense drains and 50% of the new duct work to the new supply grille locations. Great effort from the lads this week much appreciated.

So this week seen us start another large project relocating 24 fan coils ready to re pipe, duct and complete condense drains, before re-commissioning stage.

So today saw us start another large project a two floor office refurb, where we have decommissioned 4 VRV systems, ready to relocate 24 fan coils to new layout, supply duct and fresh air duct to be amended to suite new grid layout, Pipework modifications to allow for new staircase to be installed. This one’s going to be a good one keeping us busy for a good few weeks before the next big project recently won and will be the largest to date.

So past few days has seen us carry out a repair a repair on a 25kw ducted unit replacing a leaking manifold joint and also some crimped joints where refrigerant had leaked leaving the system dry, luckily we repaired and carried out a pressure leak check before adding specified amount of refrigerant and re-commissioning keeping Starbucks customers happy. We have also carried out a relocation of indoor cassette allowing room for a new cassette to be added into a small area to keep the new fridges from overheating in a butchers shop.

Return to the second fix of 2 x 5kw and 1 x 3.5kw wall mounted system feeding the bar and darts room of what will be a new micro bar business for an old school friend. Return to run up and commission once power is complete and the inside is all ready for opening.

So after a week off, back to it with a lovely install. 5kw wall mount in a kitchen extension and 3.5kw wall mount in the bedroom. Customer extremely happy with the job and ready to stall cool
