Our biggest project to date for Oldswinford Hospital, project done over the 6 weeks Hoilday for the school!

Full hack off of existing render including parapet walls on the roof area, rip down of an existing artex ceiling.

Put back a more modern system Weber Pral M finished in cream!

Artex ceiling over skimmed for a returning customer, did some rendering & plastering prior to the artex ceiling.

Also a bedroom re-skim got rid of another artex ceiling.

Big living room done this week, all walls covered in wallpaper, stripped all the wallpaper, got rid of any blown plaster, bonded throughout and then covered in 3mm Pink ready for painting.

Onto a big project next week.

A job we did a while back in Brierley Hill, full hack off of existing render.

Beaded, basecoat & mesh and topped out with Weber Pral M.

Old render had failed and was allowing water ingress into the ground floor causing damp.

After we hacked the old render off and got it water tight the damp dried out. 👍🏻🔥

Lovely job this week for a couple, existing render was a cream colour they wanted it updating, also wanted the render on the extension painting to match the new render.

Some recent work from various jobs, a kitchen renovation in Halesowen for a repeat customer. Repaired the ceiling and plastered throughout.

Another job was a recommendation from another customer with a leak from a dormer roof, plasterboard ripped down patched in and then replastered the ceiling

Lastly a small bedroom with distemper to the existing artex so overboarded the ceiling and skimmed the room out, they’d also had large cracks appear in the hallway upon further investigation the previous owner had the hall, stairs and landing over skimmed but the backing plaster was completely blown so removed the plaster and patched it back in.
