Just a quick bit of advice for anyone buying property or a new home as you will not be advised by estate agents or solicitors, please get the electrical wiring checked out before purchase as we have been to a lot of newly purchased properties lately to give quotations for small jobs only to find the property needs rewiring it could save you thousands of pounds..........
Picture of fuse board found and rubber cables (never seen one so old) when quoting for external wall lights today, the customer moved in Four months ago and the property needs rewiring.
