Beyond the brief🎙️:Q&A with: Daiana Maria

As another busy week of exhibition and event deliveries gets underway, we sat down with Daiana Dragomir, Client Services Executive at Taylex Group, to discuss the role client services plays in successful project delivery.

With clients including We Build Trades exhibiting this week at Installer at the NEC - Nation’s Experience Capital, Daiana shares how client services acts as the bridge between clients, designers, project managers and production teams from initial brief through to onsite delivery.

Her biggest takeaway?
Clients don't need more suppliers to manage. They need a partner who understands their objectives, communicates clearly and takes the pressure off throughout the process.

It's a role that often happens behind the scenes, but one that plays a vital part in every successful exhibition stand, live event and brand experience we deliver.

☀️ Summer is almost officially here 🚀

And for the Taylex Group team, that means one thing… festival season has arrived.

Behind the scenes in Hyde Park, our crews are once again hard at work preparing for one of the UK's biggest and most iconic summer events. From seating areas to a number of bespoke pop-up activations, this is one of our largest annual projects and one that we've proudly delivered for the last five consecutive years.

Months of planning, technical detailing, fabrication, production and logistics all come together in these final weeks before day one. It's a huge team effort that requires precision, experience and plenty of early starts.

Project Director Phil Williams , CEO & Founder Karl Clark and a large Taylex Group crew will be spending this weekend and the weeks ahead on site, working tirelessly to bring everything together.

As temperatures rise and the countdown begins, these behind-the-scenes moments are a reminder of the dedication that goes into creating unforgettable experiences long before the gates open.

💙 The Legends Behind the Lanyards.💙

We spend a lot of time celebrating the projects, events and experiences we create. This Father's Day, we're celebrating some of the people behind them.
Across every division of Taylex Group, these dads help make things happen every day—bringing commitment, humour, leadership and plenty of stories from home along the way. While this collection only captures some of the legendary fathers and father figures across the business, today's celebration is for all of them.

Taylex Group has always been built on family at its foundation. Our CEO & Founder, Karl Clark, started the business and named it after his daughters, Taylah and Lexie—a reminder that family has been part of our identity from day one. That connection continues through the team today, including Karl’s father, Tony Clark, who plays a key role leading our retail division, Expo Supplies.

It’s that sense of connection that runs through the business—not in a forced or formal way, but in how we work together, support each other, and show up for our clients, suppliers and partners day in, day out.

From exhibition halls and event venues to school runs, football matches and family time at home, these are people who give their all in every part of life.
Here's to the dads and father figures across our team, and to everyone we work with who helps make Taylex what it is.

🌍 Reflecting on 18 months of Taylex Group Middle East.

Eighteen months ago, we opened the doors to Taylex Group Middle East, establishing our base in Dubai and strengthening our ability to support clients across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and the wider GCC.

Since then, we've had the privilege of delivering projects across aviation, tourism, finance, culture and live events, while helping local brands and clients activate throughout the UK and Europe.

While we're proud of what we've achieved, we also recognise that recent times have brought significant challenges across parts of the region. Out of respect for those affected and for the communities and industries we work alongside, we've taken a quieter approach to sharing our work over recent months.

Throughout that time, our focus has remained unchanged: supporting our clients, partners and team members while continuing to look ahead with optimism and responsibility.

Built on long-standing relationships with GCC clients, our commitment remains unchanged. We will continue to support our clients, partners and the wider events industry, helping businesses grow, connect and activate across the Middle East, the UK and Europe.

As momentum begins to return, we're grateful to play our part in supporting the continued evolution and growth of this remarkable region.

Our team recently designed, built and delivered the exhibition stand for TotalEnergies at Cereals 2026, the UK's leading arable farming event, bringing together thousands of farming and agricultural professionals from across the country.

The stand provided a platform for TotalEnergies to showcase its range of lubricants, fuels and energy solutions that help power modern agricultural operations.

A great project delivered by our design, production and installation teams from concept through to completion at one of the biggest events in the agricultural calendar.

Behind every successful live event is months of planning, collaboration and delivery.

These are just a few sneak peeks from Bupa Dental Health is… Live at ICC Birmingham, where teams from across Taylex Group came together to deliver another large-scale conference and exhibition experience.

From event management and production planning through to build, technical delivery, exhibition installation and derig, this project has been months in the making and represents an incredible effort from Taylex Live, Operations and Production teams.

A huge thank you to the team at Bupa Dental Care for their continued collaboration and trust. It's been fantastic to partner with them for a second consecutive year to bring this flagship event to life.

🎬 Dental Health is… Live is back

Today, the Taylex Live team is onsite at the The ICC Birmingham delivering the second edition of Bupa Dental Care's flagship conference and exhibition.

This video takes us back to last year's event at ICC Wales, where Taylex Live managed the event end-to-end for over 1,000 delegates with Taylex Group delivering the build for the exhibition and conference areas.

Over the past eight months, teams from across Taylex Group & Taylex Live have worked together to design, build and deliver every key conference and exhibition space ready for today’s live event.

🚀Smart Manufacturing Week | NEC - Nation’s Experience Capital

Doors are open at Smart Manufacturing Week, as one of the UK's leading events for manufacturing, automation and industrial innovation, bringing together industry professionals from across the sector, the show floor was packed full of exhibitors and great energy.

Working closely with the Harford Control team, we created a stand designed to showcase their manufacturing intelligence and MES solutions, providing the perfect platform for product demonstrations, customer conversations and new business opportunities throughout the show.
