HIGH-QUALITY GROUNDWORKS PREP TEAM REQUIRED (2-3 MAN GANG)
Location: Brighouse and surrounding areas
Start Date: Immediate
Position: Sub-contract / Ongoing
We are looking for a top-tier, highly skilled 2-3 man Groundworks Prep Team for immediate, ongoing work around Brighouse and the surrounding areas. We specialise in high-end external finishes and need a team that takes immense pride in their preparation work.
This role is strictly for a team that understands that a perfect finish on Resin Bound, Porcelain, and Indian Stone relies entirely on a perfect sub-base.
No rubbish, no shortcuts. We only want reliable, experienced lads who get it right the first time.
WHAT WE PROVIDE:
- Company Van provided for the team
- All tools and plant provided on-site
- Good day rates for the right team who can perform
- Steady, continuous pipeline of work across the local area
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Full digs, setting accurate depths, installing and heavily compacting MOT sub-bases to exact levels
- Installing ACO drains, gully pots, and laying laser-level block borders or aluminum edging ready for resin/stone
- Setting out, concrete base prep for resin, or wet-bed preparation for flagging
- Working efficiently to tight deadlines while maintaining a spotless, organized site
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be a pre-existing, competent 2 or 3-man gang
- Proven track record in high-end ground preparation for resin, porcelain, and natural stone (references or photos of previous prep work required)
- Clean driving license (for the van driver)
- Reliable, punctual, and obsessed with detail
