Have a look at how this ashlar detail is given to us. All pieces precisely cut, shaped and delivered to us ready for installation.

We love working with ashlar due to the accuracy required and details they can provide on a new build such as this!

After stripping the old roof and removing the rotten roof structure; we took down the gable end, to install some insulation and stepped trays to prevent any damp in the future.

The customers have gone for a stone feature wall between the annexe and barn, which is why we have installed a new stone internal skin, all done with NHL

The ridge steel is now now on and the new roof framed out, ready for the peak to be built and the roof to be completed!

This job was in the pipeline for a while; but we are finally able to show this project off!🚀

We are absolutely delighted to be the main contractors on this derelict barn and annexe conversion.

This project will be undertaken in phases, the first of which is the annexe. We currently have the roof stripped, rotten timbers removed and unsafe masonary work down. All in preparation for a rebuild and a full new roof construction, whilst insulating and bringing this building up to modern regulations.

We work very closely with our clients, and on this occasion are more then happy to be involved and not afraid to get some of the work done in their project! if you want to follow this long and exciting journey more closely.
