Here's a tip for the none roofers who follow my page !

Make sure your roof has a over hang of a minimum of 35mm for a drip edge.

Water shouldn't be running down your wall! This will eventually effect your pointing / rendered!

Remember you shouldn't point a ridge you re-bed a ridge 👍

⚠️ If you just point a ridge, the cement will fall out after a couple of weather seasons, if not the first! ❄️

Re-bed gives you 20+ years ✅️
