Bit of a late one getting this family back up and running today but we did it!

Loft conversion works required a lot of existing pipework to be relocated and decommissioning of the tanks.

New unvented hot water cylinder installed and the system converted meant that there was no longer a need for bulky cold water storage tanks and shower pumps. An upgrade on the heating to make it a sealed system did away with the header tank and allows scope for heating at the top of the house.

Another dental surgery room and reception area completed in Watford recently!

We stripped out the existing surgery to update and renew the dental chair and furniture.

Also undertaken was the job of removing an existing doorway and cutting a new opening in the reception area. We have now created a new customer liaison area with a half height door and sill.

Recent change of use room conversion in High Garrett!

From a utility room to an additional guest shower room with shower, WC and basin facilities. We also added a heated towel rail and new led lighting.

We installed a new unvented hot water cylinder into an existing cupboard in order to provide independent balanced pressured hot and cold services to the room.
