Full house transformation underway 🔨

At Timark Construction, we’ve started a complete renovation on this property — beginning with a structural knock-through to open up the existing layout and create a modern open-plan space.

Structural steels are being installed, floors reinforced, and the groundwork is now in place for the next stage.

This project also includes a brand new rear extension, built using an eco-friendly block system — alongside full upgrades including new electrics, windows, and heating systems to bring the property up to modern standards 🌱

It’s early stages, but this is where the biggest changes begin. Stay tuned for progress on this one 👀

Recently, we were called out to carry out remediation works at a leisure centre in Bristol.

There were ongoing drainage issues causing concern, so our team stepped in to assess and resolve the problem efficiently. We removed the existing channel, lowered it to improve flow, and re-tiled the area with new, correctly formed falls to ensure proper drainage moving forward.

Another project completed ✅

This job involved a full transformation of both the interior and exterior of the property. We blocked up an existing doorway, created a brand new opening, and installed a set of stylish uPVC French doors to completely change the layout and flow of the space.

Alongside that, we plastered the ceiling to give a smooth, clean finish indoors, and rendered the exterior wall for a fresh, durable look that will stand the test of time.

A great all-round upgrade that’s made a big difference to both appearance and functionality.
