If any of you guys have moved into a new build property recently and are looking for a fully photographed time lapsed snagging list report to pass on to your builder please get in touch.

All reports shall show the areas of the defective work highlighted with the aid of a photograph, aswell as a written paragraph detailing the defective work to ensure the builder is well aware of the defective area inside or outside the property prior to attending your property to rectify.

This report has came in handy for some clients recently whom possibly need to work set shifts and cannot be present on the day in which the builder books to complete works, or whom maybe do not have a vast knowledge of how a property should have been constructed to a high standard. It also means the report can be left with a partner,inlaw or sibling whilst defective repair works are being undertaken without the need to take various trademen around the property to highlight areas reported. It can also be sent across to the NHBC should the builder refuse to fix certain works listed.

Prices start from £75 per report depending on the size of file and areas to report on. All clients shall recieve an electronic copy and two paper copies. Turn around time on the report is usually around 2 days from attending your property to assess the defects.

Recent single storey garage conversion completed. We previously had carried out roof works on this project, using a single ply system. The Client however has now opted to change the use of the room and decided recently to convert into a games/pool room, with a partitioned area to the back end for extra storage space.
