Strath-Air Ltd – Covid-19 (Coronavirus response)

As a company that travels throughout Scotland and given that the virus has spread to most regions, we cannot be 100% confident that we have not come into contact with anyone who has/had any symptoms. Now as it stands we are still all working as normal without any symptoms however we think we must make/take a sensible approach and protect to the best of our ability the people who we depend on most. i.e. doctors, surgeons, emergency services, veterinary staff, dentists, care workers etc as these are the people who we all depend on and need on a daily basis and need to try and keep safe to the best of our ability.

It is therefore a decision taken in house that any unnecessary non critical installs / services in critical areas such as hospitals, care & nursing homes, dental practices, vets, specialist clean rooms and any other areas we feel may be a potential for risk will be suspended until we can be sure that our staff and the organisations and people we work for and meet on a daily basis are and can be safe. As the saying goes “Better safe than sorry”.

We hope our customers can understand our approach and hope that we can reschedule any upcoming install/services in these sectors to a date in the future when the risk is lowered, we will as a small family business lose out financially from this decision in the short term but health and wellbeing must and will always be put first.

Any quoted, ordered or paid works will be honoured at the agreed costs and so far all other installs / services outside these sectors above will go ahead as normal.

We will keep track of the ongoing medical advice and will provide an update when possible.
