Huge change in this one. Odd layout with the w/c cutting into the kitchen. Converted the garage with access into the hallway. Relocated the downstairs w/c into the garage conversion and removed the wall between the kitchen and dining room. Gave the client a much more light and open space. Moved the washer into the space beneath the stairs and hid it behind some custom made doors.
