Recent service on a Worcester Bosch greenstar ri boiler in newhall harlow.

This boilers first service since the house was built 10+ yrs ago.

Burner gasket leaking poc into boiler
Spark electrodes like toothpicks
Baffles rotted away
Sump & condense blocked

Full strip service, new gaskets, electrodes, baffles and a good clean and the boiler is back up and running efficiently.

Another bathroom refurb completed today in Chelmsford.
This was only completed 2yrs ago be another company but the customer hated the finished wet panels as they used coving to make up the difference.
A new baby made them want a bath so we done just that for them.

We used the existing sink and toilets units. Fitted a new 700mm slim profile bath for a larger internal space.
Fitted a new mixer shower & pivot screen.

600x600mm polished marble effect wall tiles
1200x600mm stone effect floor tiles.

Grundfos Pump recently installed in church langley to a traditional heating & hot water system to improve that dreaded hot water pressure throughout the house.

Trouble free hot showers now for our customer.

Bathroom refurb all complete for our customer in Loughton.
Original bath and shower with fittings kept. Replaced toilet, sink & pedestal, tiles and bath panel.

As you can see the end is excellent and most importantly the customer is over the moon.

Our Customer had a new extension and there was no place for the boilers flue.
We moved the boiler from the internal kitchen wall to the external wall on the opposite side of the kitchen. We removed a kitchen cupboard to make way, All pipe work was run along the ceiling and boxed in, we fitted a vertical flue kit along with a flat roof flashing kit 👍🏻

Bathroom refurb completed in church Langley.

Due to poor tiling and sealing the plasterboard was disintegrating around the bath and the floor was rotting, after removing floor laminate we discovered the whole floor had been replaced poorly before and was not even on a joist along the radiator wall.

We fixed those issue and got to work. We maximised space and removed all the boxing at the window and bath and pushed everything back which allowed a radiator to be fitted that the door doesn’t open onto.

The customer was very pleased with the final result.
