What a fantastic week!! Two amazing zoom networking meetings, 4 great face to face meetings and 6 zoom calls with new contacts, oh and the football. Making connections, building rapport and helping people with their business, I have had a blast. It’s not what you know, it’s who you know and what they do. As a former teacher I love the prospect of helping clients to find a solution to their challenge, and being in the property space is where I love to be. School doesn’t prepare young people to be entrepreneurs or investors, and for many it’s a place they found too challenging because they did not get the right support, guidance or encouragement. You only have to look at the likes of Richard Branson and Allan Sugar to realise they got their knowledge and skills beyond the school gates. How many more would be entrepreneurs are out there with untapped talent. It’s not what you know, it’s who you know, what they do and how to connect with and help them.
