⚠️ Solar Repair Call-Out Today ⚠️

We were asked to fix a solar panel damaged after bird proofing was fitted by another company. Unfortunately, screws had been put straight into the panel (😵‍💫😵‍💫) instead of using proper mesh and solar-safe clips, smashing the module and leaving the customer with a costly repair. 😩

‼️Solar panels should NEVER be drilled into. Proper bird proofing protects your system without causing damage. 🐦

Last year was great for sunshine, January 2025 was one of the sunniest Januarys on record across the UK, with plenty of clear winter days here in the North East too.

Less cloud = better solar generation for many homes. ☀️🔋

This January has been a bit more mixed, with wetter and stormier spells and less consistent sunshine overall.
