Another day and another landlords EICR to find no Earth on TNS earthing system with a reading of 85.3Ohms gas bond on a lead pipe and a4mm as main bond no RCD protection how do these properties pass any inspection. DNO contacted now it's a dig up to rectify the fault

Yesterday we had an amazing meeting!
Almost 30 business people in the room from so many various sectors. We shared almost 70 genuine referrals and had 5 new visitors.
